Thomaz Bellucci remains on target to claim his first ATP World Tour title since 2012 after reaching the final of the Geneva Open.

The 27-year-old Brazilian beat Santiago Giraldo, of Colombia, 6-3 6-4 on Friday to reach his first final since the Kremlin Cup in Moscow in October 2012.

He has not won an ATP World Tour title since the Swiss Open Gstaad in July of that year.

"This is my favourite place to play, actually," Bellucci said on the ATP website. "The court condition for me, I like it. For my serve, it's good as well. Maybe I feel very relaxed here."
