The stars of WWE are thoroughly enjoying their tour of the United Kingdom - and not just in the wrestling ring!

Smackdown stars Dolph Ziggler and Becky Lynch, who hold the brand's Intercontinental and Women's Championships respectively, headed to the Etihad Stadium on Saturday to watch Manchester City's 1-1 draw with Middlesbrough in the Premier League.

Ziggler posted a picture on Twitter of himself and Dublin-born Lynch posing outside Pep Guardiola's side's stadium, while the two were also introduced to the crowd before kick-off.

However, the wrestlers also provided alternative commentary on the game for Manchester City's media channels, before they defended their belts at a WWE event in the city later in the evening.

Lynch - who also kept hold of her championship with a win over Alexa Bliss at Tuesday's edition of Smackdown in Glasgow - visited reigning Premier League champions Leicester City as well.

The 29-year-old and colleague Baron Corbin had their picture taken with Foxes full-back Christian Fuchs, with Fuchs also helping Corbin deal with the leg injury that has prevented him from competing at Survivor Series.
