      Verdict

Though the maiden Legal Art has yet to show much on Turf, she was a shade unlucky when fourth at Chelmsford in October. Armelle was just touched off on soft going at Redcar in October but disappointed at the same track later and is 3lb higher on her return. Mrs Biggs's only win came over today's trip but she's better over an extra furlong nowadays. ADIATOR went close off a higher mark on his reappearance last year and was thereabouts in a couple of handicaps in the autumn. He'll have no excuses in this from stall one and Joe Doyle's claim is another plus.
