Verdict

Jim Bolger has made a blistering start to the new Turf season and MOMENTS LINGER has the experience of a very fair effort here last week when she may have come up against a nice filly in Ickworth. She'll be at short odds to go one better and should have no problems from The King Of Kells, who was a dozen lengths behind Red Epaulette on the opening day of the Turf season at Naas. Jonjo Stack usually has his two-year-olds ready and the filly Yesterdayoncemore cost 110,000gns being a half-sister to four winners so she looks the main threat. Liath Luachra is out of a mare who has already produced seven winners from her first nine foals though mostly over further but Principalship is very speedily-bred though only cost E3,000 as a yearling.
