Jim Bolger puts 7lb claimer Willie Byrne on board New Vocation and he was successful on the filly in February though she didn't perform as well from 6lb higher on a return visit. Sharjah has been attempting to equal the total of track victories for some time now and though he's won from much higher marks he could be a couple of pounds high nowadays. He finished over 3l behind Wild Shot over the extended 1m2f track last month and though the winner will be having his first start over this longer trip the form has worked out with runner-up Latchet winning next time. MISS LOUISE was beaten 4l behind Wild Shot but is better over this trip having beaten Sharjah comfortably on her previous start and she's handed the vote. Every Breath has only run over this trip once and wasn't beaten far so she has to be considered in an open looking handicap.
