Verdict

Lever Du Soleil won a maiden handicap over this trip at Redcar last month but doesn’t have much to spare over runner-up Sincerely Resdev at the revised terms. POETIC STEPS has already won six times this year but the yard’s runners stand their racing and he did win at Musselburgh last month. He was also second at Carlisle last time and is worth another try over the longer distance. Low Profile sports blinkers on his handicap debut and has a 7lb claimer on board. He might appreciate the return to Turf so can’t be ignored.
