The unimaginatively-named Racehorse came good over course and distance earlier this month. He’s been raised 5lb but would be no surprise to see a follow-up. Ventura Crest was second over track and trip in April, though that was on soft going. Plansina won twice at Newcastle earlier this year but has only been placed once in 10 attempts on Turf. Tember, Red Seeker and Mecca's Spirit are others to consider and David O’Meara’s pair, Ingleby Molly and MORETTI, have a squeak. We’ll give another chance to the latter, who hasn’t performed badly in two runs in handicaps and has been dropped a further 2lb.
