Topsy Ojo makes his 250th appearance for London Irish on Sunday when they face fellow strugglers Worcester while Maro Itoje is on the bench for Saracens at Exeter.

Exeter Chiefs v Saracens (1pm)

Hooker Jack Yeandle returns to skipper the Chiefs after missing the win at Worcester through illness, while props Ben Moon and Moray Low are also recalled.

Ollie Atkins partners Geoff Parling in the second row and Sam Hill comes into midfield in place of Italy international Michele Campagnaro.

Andrew Fenby and Fergus Mulchrone come into the backline with Jebb Sinclair and Rob McCusker named in the back row.
