Following another poor start to the Guinness Premiership season, Tom Rees has advised his team not to leave their best performances to the end of their campaign.
Wasps lost 26-14 in their season opener against London Irish and Rees feels that the team should learn from last season's mistakes and start as they mean to go on.
He told
The Sun: "The way we played against Irish was particularly poor and we have to bounce back from that quickly and I think we will do just that.
"Because we're champions and have been at the top of English rugby for such a long time, everybody looks at us as the prize scalp - especially the beginning of the season when it's all to play for."
Confident
The 23-year-old back-row is confident in his team's ability and is setting his sights high this season.
He said: "We never say we're after this trophy or that trophy because the fact is we're after everything.
"The quadruple isn't something you set your sights on at the beginning of the season because with the number of injuries you might get and the competition, it's not a realistic goal.
"But we'll see how we go because we want to be at the forefront of every competition."
