Australia captain Stephen Moore returns to the starting line-up in one of six changes for Saturday's Test against Italy, live on Sky Sports 2 HD from 5.55am.

The 34-year-old hooker will become the 10th most-capped international player when he makes his 120th Wallabies appearance at Suncorp Stadium.

Meanwhile, Brumbies prop Scott Sio and lock Rory Arnold will be joined by Waratahs No 8 Lopeti Timani to complete the four changes to the home scrum.

Scotland scored a stunning win over Australia in Sydney last Saturday

The quartet are included at the expense of rookie prop Tom Robertson, hooker Tatafu Polota-Nau, lock Sam Carter and No 8 Scott Higginbotham.

In the backs, veteran centre Rob Horne returns to the starting line-up for the first time in 12 months, while Rebels flyer Sefa Naivalu gets a chance on the wing.

The pair replace Tevita Kuridrani and Eto Nabuli as the Wallabies hope to extend an unbeaten record against Italy to 17 matches.

"We made a decision on Henry early in the week, he still had a bit of pain, there was some risk for him," said head coach Michael Cheika.

"I think considering our position with the competition in the wing spot, that wasn't worth risking for Henry this week and we want to make sure that he's right for the rest of the season as well."

Australia will name their replacements on Friday.
