All the team news ahead of the last round of regular-season fixtures in the Guinness PRO12.

Top spot, home semi-finals and Champions Cup places are all up for grabs and the drama will unfold as all the games kick of simultaneously at 3pm - click here to find out who needs what in the final round.

Connacht v Glasgow (3pm)

Connacht duo Tiernan O'Halloran and Kieran Marmion will make their 100th appearances, with the latter one of nine personnel changes made by head coach Pat Lam for the sold-out clash at the Sportsground that will decide a home semi-final spot.

Bundee Aki and Matt Healy have both returned from injury to take their place in a back line that also sees the re-introduction of Robbie Henshaw at centre and AJ MacGinty at fly-half.

The league's highest capped player John Muldoon returns to captain the side at No 8 behind the second row partnership of Ultan Dillan and Aly Muldowney.

Scotland full-back Stuart Hogg returns to the side and is joined by Dark Blues colleague Tommy Seymour as well as Lee Jones in a new-look back three.

Peter Horne starts at centre in place of Mark Bennett, while stand-off Finn Russell takes on the playmaker duties from Duncan Weir. Ali Price, meanwhile, comes in at scrum-half.

Edinburgh have made four changes to the starting XV following last week's tough encounter against Munster in Cork.

Dougie Fife moves up from the bench to start at full-back in place of teenager Blair Kinghorn who sustained a knock in last Friday's defeat.

The pack sees three changes, kicking off with Rory Sutherland moving up from the bench to replace the injured Alasdair Dickinson in the front row, where Ross Ford and WP Nel retain the No 2 and 3 jerseys.

Lloyd Williams and Tom James both return to the Cardiff Blues starting line-up as Danny Wilson changes three.

Lock Josh Turnbull moves into the back-row  for the injured Sam Warburton, with Cam Dolan coming into the second row to partner James Down.

Zebre v Dragons (3pm)

Lock Marco Bortolami will play the final game of his career when he captains Zebre against the Dragons in Parma.

Bortolami has made 66 appearances for Zebre including 49 as captain and has also skippered the Azzurri 40 times and amassed 112 caps, the third of all time.

Former All Blacks star Mils Muliaina will also make his final appearance for the club before his move to San Francisco, and is named on the bench.

Newport Gwent Dragons have made seven changes to the starting line up from last weekend. Rhys Buckley, Lloyd Fairbrother, Matthew Screech, James Thomas, James Benjamin and Ed Jackson are all named in the starting XV while Harrison Keddie will make his professional debut off the bench.

Munster v Scarlets (3pm)

Head Coach Anthony Foley has named an unchanged side as Munster bid to secure Champions Cup qualification.

Munster need two points from this game to secure Champions Cup rugby in 2016/17, anything less and they could open the door for Ospreys.

Scarlets head coach Wayne Pivac has been forced to make three changes to last week's starting line-up due to injuries with Gareth Owen, Peter Edwards and Steff Hughes drafted into the starting XV to replace Michael Collins, Samson Lee and Scott Williams.

The Scarlets will hope to secure a victory in the final game of the regular PRO12 season to keep hopes of a play-off spot alive. Scarlets will also be keeping a keen eye on the score at the Liberty Stadium as Ospreys welcome fourth-placed Ulster.

Garry Ringrose, who was short listed for an IRUPA Young Player of the Year Award earlier this week, starts at centre for his 20th Leinster appearance of the season beside Ben Te'o, while Eoin Reddan partners Johnny Sexton at half-back.

In the front row there is one change with Mike Ross coming in for Tadhg Furlong. Devin Toner is joined by Mick Kearney in the second row.

Jordi Murphy comes into the back row at openside in place of the injured Josh van der Flier, while vice-captain Jamie Heaslip continues from the base of the scrum.
