Martin Murray criticises judges after defeat to Arthur Abraham in Germany

Martin Murray has vowed never to box abroad again after suffering his fourth world title defeat to Arthur Abraham in Germany.
WBO world super-middleweight champion Abraham retained his belt via a split decision of 115-112, 112-115 and 116-111 but Murray, who wobbled the home fighter in the eighth, was left disappointed by the scoring - and not for the first time.
The 33-year-old St Helens star (32-3-1-KO15) said: "I thought I had it and if it had been anywhere but Germany I would have got it.
"What can you do? It's what you are up against over here and I knew that beforehand and took the gamble. This was the hardest of the lot of them to take because I thought I had done it and this was my time.
I don't want to retire. I feel like I'm just getting to my peak. I just need a bit of luck and a world title shot at home.
"I just can't box away ever again. I started on the road and thought I was going to finish on the road. But this has made me think that if another shot comes up I just won't take it away from England.

Murray has previously been denied world titles at middleweight by Felix Sturm (split draw) in Germany back in 2011, Sergio Martinez (unanimous decision) in Argentina in 2013 and Gennady Golovkin (11th round stoppage) in Monaco in February.
