Leo Santa Cruz and Jermell Charlo defend their world titles as packed bills in New York and California are shown on October 14, live on Sky Sports.
WBC champion Charlo faces Erickson Lubin in one of three world title fights at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, then we switch to California to see Leo Santa Cruz defend his WBA 'super' title against Chris Avalos, with potential opponent Abner Mares also appearing on the same bill in Carson.
Charlo, whose twin Jermall was also a world champion in the same division, is making his second title defence against the dangerous Lubin.
The 21-year-old challenger was previously promoted by Mike Tyson and has stopped 13 of his 18 opponents ahead of this showdown between two of America's unbeaten super-welterweights.
In two other world title fights at 154lbs, Jarrett Hurd defends his IBF belt against Austin Trout, while Erislandy Lara's WBA 'super' title is at stake in his clash with Terrell Gausha.
The Sky Sports cameras will then switch to the west coast where Santa Cruz and Mares can stay on course for a rematch.
Santa Cruz, who defeated Mares on points in 2015, regained his WBA belt with a majority decision win over Carl Frampton in January and takes on Avalos, a former opponent of the Belfast man.
Before that main event, Mares puts his WBA 'regular' title on the line against Andres Gutierrez.
