Anthony Joshua must take a break after his IBF world heavyweight title defence against Dominic Breazeale, says his promoter Eddie Hearn.
The champion (16-0-KO16) returned to camp swiftly after relieving Charles Martin of the belt via a second-round stoppage on April 9 and is gearing up to clash with Breazeale (17-0-KO15) at The O2 on June 25, live on Sky Sports Box Office.
After seeing Joshua involve himself in a face-off with the American that briefly threatened to turn ugly, Hearn told Sky Sports: "I don't think he can avoid being under pressure. The media attention is huge since he won the world title. He's been pulled everywhere.
"The big concern is that he's not burned out. He hasn't really had a rest. He was back in camp last week but it wasn't like he had three weeks off - he was everywhere fulfilling every media obligation under the sun.
"That's the only concern I've got - how he can reach the highs of the Martin camp in this camp. It's quite easy to be flat and say 'I've used all my energy now'.
"I think he's conscious of it. I'm not sure he's afraid of it. After June 25, we're going to get away for six weeks."
Joshua, 26, fought seven times in 2014 and five times in 2015 - finishing the latter year off with the sensational seventh-round stoppage of London rival Dillian Whyte.
