Martin Murray vs Gabriel Rosado preview

BEAUTIFUL BRUTALITY PROMOTION.FINAL PRESS CONFERENCE

Everything you need to know about Martin Murray vs Gabriel Rosado...

Live Fight Night

Background

Two of the grittiest veterans that the middleweight division can produce, Murray and Rosado's paths will finally cross this weekend in Liverpool, and only one man can continue the elusive pursuit of a world championship.

A combined six efforts at the top prize have yet to yield the desired results, with both producing brave but ultimately unsuccessful performances against divisional king Gennady Golovkin. But a seventh opportunity might be within the grasp of the winner. This is not a fight for the faint-hearted.

Gabriel Rosado on 'all or nothing' fight

What the experts think

Murray will eke out a win, but there will be a lot of blood. Trust me, Rosado knows how to fight. I think they’re at a similar level and they’ll realise that when they trade. I think you will see one of them unload, then they will go to war. I think either Murray due to facial damage, or Murray on points.
Tony Bellew
I think Martin outboxes him, but there will be some rocky patches. Martin can stick to his boxing but Rosado needs to have a fight, he won’t be coming here for a close decision. If Martin gets behind his jab, boxes on the outside, then Rosado’s face could get messy.
Dave Coldwell
I just think the natural size difference and natural ability will be vital. Martin has just got that bit extra to his game, but I think it will be very competitive, go the distance, and Murray will win on points.
