England picked up four wickets in the evening session as they fought back well on day two of the third Test against India.
Click on the video above to see the best of the action from the second day in Mohali as India closed on 271-6 having earlier taken England's final two first-innings wickets to bowl them out for 283.
Mohammed Shami (3-63) did the damage, getting Adil Rashid (4) out caught behind with a beauty, and then trapping Gareth Batty (1) lbw as England added only 15 runs to their overnight score.
In reply, India's openers safely saw off the new ball, though Parthiv Patel was given 'out', caught down the legside, against Chris Woakes, but the decision was rightly overturned on review with the ball clipping his shirt.
Murali Vijay courted some controversy with an appeal against him for obstructing the field, and he was given a let-off when Jos Buttler dropped a difficult chance at midwicket, but Vijay (12) didn't make the most of the reprieve as he fell an over later, getting a thin nick behind off Ben Stokes.
Patel, who played fluently in his first Test for India in eight years, fell for 42 soon after lunch; given out lbw to Adil Rashid on review.
But Cheteshwar Pujara - who hit centuries in the first two Tests - went through to another fifty, and shared an unbroken 75-run stand with Virat Kohli to see India to tea.
However, the partnership was broken two balls into the final session as Pujara (51) launched a long-hop from Rashid into the onside where Woakes dived forward to take a brilliant low catch.
Rashid had his third wicket soon afterwards, outfoxing Ajinkya Rahane with a googly to pin him in front. And a good start to the evening got even better for England when some excellent fielding from Buttler saw him run out debutant Karun Nair with a direct hit.
A partnership of 48 between Kohli and Ravichandran Ashwin took India beyond 200 before Stokes struck again, locating Kohli's outside edge with Bairstow taking a simple catch behind the stumps - the India captain falling for 62.
Ashwin (57no) and Ravindra Jadeja (31no) batted well through to the close though, scoring freely against the new ball as the former went past 50 to take India to within 12 of England's first innings total.
