New Sussex chief executive Rob Andrew talks about his love of cricket and his aspirations in his role

Sussex's appointment of Rob Andrew, a former England rugby union player, as their new chief executive in November, came as a bit of a shock.

After spending 10 years working at the RFU in a series of different roles, including as director of professional rugby, Andrew is now shifting sports to cricket.

Click on the video above to hear Andrew's thoughts on the move, as he sat down and spoke to Matt Floyd - an interview you can watch in full on Sky Sports 2 during the fourth Test between India and England.

Among other things, Andrew talked of how he can't wait to get started in his new role, and gave his thoughts on the proposal of a city-based T20 tournament in the domestic game.

Andrew also spoke on Jofra Archer's rise through the ranks at the county; the fast bowler recently rewarded with a two-year contract extension with Sussex.
