Andrew 'Freddie' Flintoff gives a batting and bowling demo with his mate Rob Key.

Flintoff - who has joined Sky's coverage of the NatWest T20 Blast this summer - talks us through his struggle with nerves when playing, reflects on some golden nuggets of advice he received early on in his career at Lancashire from David Lloyd and Wasim Akram, and even delivers a surprisingly solid Graham Gooch impression.

Click on the video above to watch as Flintoff also treats us to some range-hitting and sends down a few deliveries to a terrified Key.

Flintoff talks about how he always wanted to score a boundary early on in his innings: "The first few balls of my innings were always the toughest," he says.

"I got a lot of ducks and out early a few times, so that initial boundary would settle me down. I took risks early on in my innings as a result."

Flintoff talks us through his success as a bowler despite having to battle against injuries that limited the amount he could practice after the age of 23.

He also reminisces about bowling Key's first ball when they last played each other, and takes on his mate in a 'one-ball, four to win' challenge.
