Stuart Broad is England's second highest wicket-taker in Tests after surpassing Sir Ian Botham's total of 383.
Former all-rounder Botham hailed Broad's achievement as 'absolutely brilliant' after the Nottinghamshire seamer bowled West Indies wicketkeeper Shane Dowrich to claim his 384th scalp under the floodlights on day three of the first day-night Test to be played in England.
"I think it's fantastic," said Botham. "If you are going to do it - and it was only a matter of when - you'd much rather it was here, given the atmosphere.
"It would have been an anti-climax to have done it in a week's time at Leeds. It's absolutely brilliant. It just nipped back through the gate and hit the top off off-stump."
It's the first time since 1984 that Botham has not been in the top two of the leading wicket-takers in Test cricket for England and only team-mate James Anderson, with 491, has claimed more victims.
