Episode Two of 'The Rob Key Podcast' is out and it features a lot more than just cricket once more...
On a sometimes hairy bus journey from Kandy to Colombo, Sky Sports' Rob Key, Ian Ward and Nasser Hussain discuss a variety of topics including how best to handle the mavericks in a team.
The trio speak about Kevin Pietersen, whether England were a better team with or without the enigmatic batsman and how they would handle such players.
Hussain recounts Australian batsman Stuart Law's time at Essex and his departure from the county after clashing with captain Ronnie Irani.
There is also an intriguing discussion on handling disappointments and setbacks after a listener's tweet about her daughter missing out on selection for her county - with Ward describing how he spent four years working in a petrol station, cleaning aeroplanes and working in an indoor cricket school after being sacked by Surrey at the age of 19.
With a new Director of England Cricket yet to be named, Michael Atherton, Alec Stewart and Ashley Giles are all touted as possible replacements for Andrew Strauss.
Keysy and co also want your feedback about the podcast and what topics you would like them to cover in future episodes - so let us know on Twitter @SkyCricket or in the feedback form below (skysports.com only).
Watch the one-off T20I between Sri Lanka and England, in Colombo, live on Sky Sports Cricket (channel 404) from 2pm on Saturday.
