Gloucestershire off-spinner Jack Taylor has been suspended from bowling for a minimum of 12 months, the ECB has confirmed.

Taylor has been reported on two separate occasions by different umpires within a year and subsequently underwent independent analysis at Loughborough University, with the findings showing an action in excess of the 15-degree limit.

The 25-year-old was previously suspended under the regulations from June to August 2016 and as this is his second ban in a two-year period, he is now suspended from bowling in competitive cricket for a minimum period of one year.

Taylor's suspension, following a Bowling Review Group hearing on Friday, runs until September 25 next year, after which he will be eligible to request an independent reassessment of his action to allow him to resume bowling.
