Watch as Jason Roy joins Nick Knight to discuss England's ODI and T20I series with India and showcases his big-hitting prowess.

The England opener has been in fine form on the tour of India, hitting three consecutive fifties in the ODI series, scoring runs all around the ground.

He also got Eoin Morgan's side off to a blistering start in the first T20I in Kanpur, smashing two big sixes and it is that type of power hitting that he shows off here, launching the ball into the stands time and again with batting coach Graham Thorpe providing the throw downs.

Not everything went to plan though for Roy in front of his watching England team-mates and a huge cheer went up as the ball squirted away along the ground after he had come down the pitch but failed to make the desired connection.

Knight also took on the challenge but there was no danger of any damage to the empty seats in the stands as the former England batsmen struggled to clear the ropes, much to Roy's amusement.

Fortunately, the Surrey man was on hand to offer a few tips on how best to send the ball sailing into the crowd.

"I'm telling myself to stay nice and balanced, it's very easy to think that you're going to smash it out of the park and hit it as hard as you can, then you lose a lot of shape," Roy explained.

"Mainly, it's about staying nice and still, making sure you have a solid base and then hitting straight through the line of the ball. Instead of just trying to hit the ball, hit through the line of the ball."
