In-form opener Khurram Manzoor has been added to Pakistan's Test squad for the upcoming tour of New Zealand.

In-form opener Khurram Manzoor has been added to Pakistan's Test squad for the upcoming tour of New Zealand. The 24-year-old's call up comes after he hit a century for for Pakistan A on their recent tour of the West Indies. He has made three half-centuries in his seven Tests, including making 77 in his last appearance, against Australia at Hobart in January. "We have included Manzoor as the 15th member of the Test squad after his good showings in the series against the West Indies," chief selector Mohsin Khan said. Pakistan play three Twenty20 Internationals, two Tests and six ODIs against the Black Caps. A Twenty20 squad has already been announced, while the one-day party will be revealed later in December. Veteran batsman Mohammad Yousuf was left out of the Test squad, along with wicketkeeper Kamran Akmal and leg-spinner Danish Kaneria.
