Pakistan opener Javeria Khan has been discharged from hospital after being struck on the jaw in her side's World Twenty20 defeat to the West Indies.
Khan was struck underneath the grille of the helmet by Shamilia Connell and was taken off the pitch on a stretcher before being taken to the nearby Apollo Hospital.
She has been discharged with fractured thumb - her digit was hit before the ball ricocheted into her jaw - and will fly to Delhi on Thursday.
It is not yet clear if she will be able to take on India on Saturday.
West Indies captain Stafanie Taylor said the incident affected her players, and Connell in particular, until it became clear Khan was not in serious danger.
"At one point, it didn't look like she was actually breathing at all," she said after the game.
"We were really shocked by the incident, and the bowler went all the way down to the boundary line to kind of breeze it off, thinking 'oh what have I done?'.
"But it is all part of the game. Once we heard she was breathing, we were fine. We are sorry for what happened, but at the end of the day, we have our job to do. We have now been told she is fine, and that gives us relief."
Pakistan captain Sana Mir added: "This is the first time the team has experienced something like this.
"It is very difficult to deal with such situations as a team-mate."
