All-rounder's rehabilitation 'going well'

Andrew Flintoff will continue his rehabilitation from ankle surgery with the England Lions next month. The England all-rounder will join up with the squad in India on February 10 although will not be involved in any of the matches. Flintoff had been scheduled to travel to Mumbai with the Lancashire Academy for a pre-season batting clinic but has been re-routed to Baroda. Lions head coach and ECB performance director David Parsons said: "We're delighted that Andrew Flintoff is in a position to join up with the England Lions. "His rehabilitation programme is going very well and he's been working extremely hard over the past few months to get back to full fitness. "This trip will provide him with an excellent opportunity to receive support from the ECB's coaching and science and medicine support staff."
