Lydia Greenway has told Sky Sports News about her Cricket for Girls initiative and how she wants to provide female role models for young girls.

Former England women's cricket player Greenway wants to make cricket participation easier for young girls in the UK.

She has launched five hubs, which provide a full-time female coach to work with schools to help introduce cricket and coach young girls in the community.

Greenway, who retired from international cricket in 2016, wants to take her initiative nationwide and help provide access to cricketing role models for school girls.
