Batsmen included to bolster batting line-up

Australia have retained the services of Adam Voges for the entire one-day tour of England following the injury to wicketkeeper Brad Haddin. Tim Paine has taken the gloves for the two Twenty20 Internationals and the seven ODIs but Haddin's absence also left the Aussies light in the batting department. With Voges already part of the Twenty20 set-up, it made sense to keep him on for the NatWest Series starting on Friday. National Selection Panel chairman Andrew Hilditch said: "With Brad Haddin's injury, the NSP has taken the opportunity to add Adam Voges to Australia's squad for the seven one-day internationals against England. "Adam will now stay with the squad for the remainder of the VB Tour of England before travelling with the team to the ICC Champions Trophy in South Africa." Voges, who played in just his second one-dayer against Scotland last week, had already been named in the 15-man party for the ICC Champions Trophy later this month.
