Niko Springer pulled off a shock win in the Hungarian Darts Trophy with an 8-7 win over Danny Noppert in the final.
This weekend's showpiece saw a 48-player field competing for the £30,000 top prize in Budapest, with a star-studded line-up at the MVM Dome all knocked out of the way for German Springer to claim his win.
Springer, 25, beat Luke Humphries in the quarter-finals before defeating Josh Rock in the semi-finals, having also seen off Damon Heta, Rob Cross and Gian van Veen along the way,
