AJAX KEEPER TO RETURN HOME?

AJAX'S Romanian goalkeeper Bogdan Lobont has been linked with a move back to his homeland with Dinamo Bucharest.
The 23-year-old has already told the club that he wanted to leave on loan, but now it seems he could very well make a permanent switch as Ajax look at other keepers.
Lobont only moved to Amsterdam in 2000 from Rapid Bucharest, but his injury plagued time has seen him limited to just a handful of appearances for the Dutch giants.
Ajax will allow Lobont to leave as they seem ready to make a bid for NAC Breda's highly rated Hungarian stopper Gabor Babos.
Babos (pictured), who was linked to Feyenoord as Jerzy Dudek's replacement, is seen as the ideal man to come in, as opposed to Liverpool's Sander Westerveld.
