Left winger Derk Boerrigter has joined Ajax on a three-year deal from RKC Waalwijk.
The 24-year-old arrives at the Dutch champions for an undisclosed fee, having agreed a contract to keep him in Amsterdam until June 2014.
Boerrigter was previously on Ajax's books between 2005-07 after coming through the youth ranks, but was loaned to HFC Haarlem without making an Eredivisie appearance and later sold to FC Zwolle.
He joined Waalwijk in 2009 before helping them to top-flight promotion as the Eerste Divisie champions last season, scoring 18 goals.
Ajax coach Frank de Boer told Uefa's official website: "I am happy he is joining us. Derk has developed very well in recent years.
"His advantage is that he already knows the club. With him we will have more options on the wings. I have faith he will get even better."
