Tyler Duncan's errant approach hits his wife in the head in Dallas

Tyler Duncan incurred the wrath of his wife during the second round of the AT&T Byron Nelson after she suffered a blow to the head... from his ball!
Duncan was not aware that his wayward approach to the 13th had struck his partner until after he had signed for a five-under 66 which lifted him into a share of second place at the halfway stage - four shots behind runaway leader Sung Kang.
His blocked second from over 200 yards at the tough par-four "took a big bounce" and careered into Maria Duncan as she ducked for cover, and it led to his only bogey of a round which also included six birdies.
The 29-year-old, who arrived at Trinity Forest on a run of three consecutive missed cuts, said afterwards: "Took a big bounce and hit her in the head, I guess. I didn't know until after the round, but I had a little mud on the ball, little unfortunate timing there and it shot out to the right.

"I'm just happy she's not hurt, and I was with her a while ago. Not long after we started dating she actually got hit in the head by another ball, a random ball from the driving range. She's dodged two hits to the head, so I'm sure most people can't say that."
