Fixtures announced for European Netball World Cup Qualifiers in Scotland
Scotland, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Wales, Gibraltar and Isle of Man will take to court at Emirates Arena in Glasgow and bid for places the 2023 Netball World in South Africa next July; the qualifying event starts on October 12

The European Netball World Cup Qualifiers in Scotland will start on October 12 as six European nations will compete for two qualifying spots at Netball World Cup 2023.
Scotland, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Wales, Gibraltar and Isle of Man will take to court at Emirates Arena in Glasgow.
This will be the fourth of five qualifiers for the Netball World Cup 2023 in Cape Town, South Africa. The competition will be played in a round robin format, with final standings determining qualification.
"Here in Scotland we have built a strong reputation for delivering world class events," Claire Nelson, CEO of Netball Scotland, said.
"We look forward to working with the City of Glasgow and key partners to ensure that we put on an exceptional Qualifiers for teams, fans and global netball audiences."
Scotland's first match will be against the Republic of Ireland on the opening day, the home team will be third on court after Wales take on the Isle of Man and Gibraltar meet Northern Ireland.
There will be three fixtures per day across the course of the five days.
The Oceania Netball World Cup Qualifiers took place in Suva at the end of July and was the first of the five qualifiers to take place.
As a result of the round robin competition between Fiji, Tonga, Samoa, Papua New Guinea, and the Cook Islands, the home side Fiji and Tonga both qualified for the competition in South Africa next year.
