The Buffalo Bills will battle the New York Jets as two divisional rivals collide at the start of our Sky live schedule in week 10.
With the battle for play-off places hotting up, we'll bring you a packed Sunday line-up, with the Philadelphia Eagles hoping to boost their hopes with victory over the struggling Miami Dolphins.
Later that day, the Minnesota Vikings travel to the Oakland Raiders, while the Seattle Seahawks will try to topple Arizona Cardinals, the NFC East leaders, in the later game.
The unbeaten Cincinnati Bengals will then end our live action when they host the Houston Texans, in the early hours of Tuesday.
Buffalo Bills @ New York Jets
Friday, Sky Sports 1 from 1.25am
The two AFC East teams head into this clash on the back of Week 9 victories, with the Bills claiming a 33-17 win over the Miami Dolphins, while the Jets put their campaign back on track with a narrow 28-23 win over Jacksonville Jaguars.
There is added spice to this encounter, with Bills head coach Rex Ryan facing the Jets for the first time since they axed him last season.
Buffalo will need to keep a close eye on Jets quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick, who threw for 272 yards with two touchdowns and no interceptions against Jacksonville.
Miami Dolphins @ Philadelphia Eagles
Sunday, Sky Sports 2 from 5.30pm
A dismal season for the Dolphins hit a new low after they slumped to that heavy defeat to the Bills, but the Eagles claimed a dramatic 33-27 win over the struggling Dallas Cowboys.
Sam Bradford threw a 41-yard touchdown pass to Jordan Matthews in overtime to secure victory for Philadelphia, who can keep pressure on the New York Giants, pace-setters in the NFC East, if they pile more misery on Miami.
Minnesota Vikings @ Oakland Raiders
Sunday, Sky Sports 2 from 9.05pm
The Vikings have won four on the trot for the first time since 2012 and will be hoping for more magic play from Adrian Peterson.
The running back exploded back into form last week with his 46th career 100-plus rushing yard game but it wasn't good news for Teddy Bridgewater, whose injury makes him a doubt for the trip to Oakland.
Arizona Cardinals @ Seattle Seahawks
Monday, Sky Sports 2 from 00.30am
The Cardinals can cement their position at the top of the NFC West when they face the third-placed Seahawks at CenturyLink Field.
Seattle's defence has been more miserly in recent weeks, currently ranked at No 2 in points allowed, but they could have their hands full as Arizona running back Chris Johnson is the NFL's third leading rusher.
Houston Texans @ Cincinnati Bengals
Tuesday, Sky Sports 1 from 01:15am
In Tyler Eifert, the Bengals have the NFL's must-watch player of the moment. With nine touchdowns he leads the scoring charts, and remarkably has done so as a tight end. Eifert has been a large part of the Bengals' 8-0 start.
The Texans, who boast reigning player of the year JJ Watt, are only 3-5 but know that a shock win in Cincy will put them joint-top of the AFC South.
