NFL Fantasy tips for Week 12 games

It’s Thanksgiving on Thursday in the United States, which means that NFL fantasy players have to get their acts together in a matter of days.
This gives Alex Ferguson the dilemma of whether to play Tom Brady or not this week…
Here are his picks.
QUARTERBACK: Cam Newton (Carolina Panthers)
Newton's been on fire this season, and he's only second to Brady in points. But here's what is interesting for us with the match-up against Dallas - he's a running quarterback and Dallas have given up the fourth-most TDs to rushers this season. And he's $3m.
RUNNING BACK: Adrian Peterson (Minnesota Vikings)
Atlanta have given up the third-most touchdowns to rushers, and Peterson's a very, very good running back. With Teddy Bridgewater's shoulder possibly hurt, Peterson could probably get even more workload. Let's hope it comes without the fumble he had against the Packers, eh?
RUNNING BACK: Todd Gurley (St Louis Rams)
Gurley played pretty well against an awful St Louis offense last week, although his fumble wasn't pretty. Since he's playing so well it's difficult to keep Gurley out, although look for Devonta Freeman (same price) to get picked up instead if he comes through his concussion issue.
WIDE RECEIVER: DeAndre Hopkins (Houston Texans)
Hopkins continues to be pretty amazing at making ordinary quarterbacks look good, and we love his chances of some good numbers against a New Orleans Saints side who are the league-worst in TDs given up (28), and second-worst in pass yards given up.
WIDE RECEIVER: Allen Robinson (Jacksonville Jaguars)
I love him because he went to Penn State, but we also love him because he's really, really good. Playing against an an awful San Diego Chargers defense Robinson could well make hay.
TIGHT END: Delanie Walker (Tennessee Titans)
Walker plays against an Oakland Raiders side that are poor against tight ends, to say the least. If you don't like risk, then how about Tyler Eifert from the Cincinnati Bengals, who's been a touchdown machine?
DEFENSE: Arizona Cardinals
We were going to go with Carolina's 'D', but we couldn't help but think that Carolina's could well struggle a little more against Tony Romo and Dez Bryant, which is why we're going for Arizona against San Francisco's putrid offense.
KICKER: Josh Brown (New York Giants)
He's back because he was resting last week, and we missed him.
