New York Jets will come up against former boss Rex Ryan and the Buffalo Bills in a make-or-break week 17 game, live on Sky Sports.

Play-off hopes hang in the balance ahead of a full line-up of fixtures this Sunday and the in-form Jets will kick-off our Sky Sports live schedule with a trip to Ralph Wilson Stadium.

New York Jets @ Buffalo Bills, 5.30pm on Sky Sports 2.

New York have edged ahead of Pittsburgh in the race for an AFC wild card and a win over the Bills, or a Steelers defeat to Cleveland would guarantee the Jets a post-season place.

But Ryan, Jets head coach from 2009 until 2014, will be trying to end a disappointing campaign with a sweet win over his ex-employers.

Ryan has already masterminded a week 10 win over the Jets, but must find a way to shackle New York quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick, who guided his team to a 26-20 overtime victory over the New England Patriots last Sunday.

Oakland Raiders @ Kansas City Chiefs, 9pm on Sky Sports 2.

The Chiefs will be targeting a franchise-record 10th consecutive victory when they play host to the Oakland Raiders.

Kansas have produced a stunning revival since losing five of their first six games and could snatch the AFC West title away from the Denver Broncos with a win.

Both the Vikings and the Packers have already secured their post-season berths, but these NFC North rivals are still battling for the divisional title and the No 3 seed in the NFC.

Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers showed worrying signs of vulnerability as he was sacked eight times in last week's 38-8 thrashing by the Arizona Cardinals.

But the Vikings are ending the regular campaign on a high, thrashing the Chicago Bears and the New York Giants by a combined 53 points as well as coming close to a victory at Arizona.

Live coverage of the week 17 game starts at 5.30pm this Sunday, live on Sky Sports 2.
