Denver Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning is at the centre of an NFL investigation regarding alleged use of human growth hormone.

Ahead of his fourth Super Bowl appearance, Manning's name appeared in a report which claimed he had sent the banned substance to his wife for his own use.

This is alleged to have taken place during Manning's recovery from neck surgery back in 2011, but the 39-year-old denies it happened.
