Week 13 comes to a conclusion on Monday night when the New York Jets host the Indianapolis Colts at MetLife Stadium, live on Sky Sports 1.

The Jets come into the game on the back of a three-game losing streak and with more questions than answers, particularly around the quarterback position after last week's late defeat to New England.

Ryan Fitzpatrick will start against a Colts defence that ranks 30th in the NFL and are likely to give up chances - they are allowing 395 yards per game and a fifth worst 27.4 points per game this season.

Whether Fitzpatrick can capitalise remains to be seen. 2016 has been a disappointment for both the veteran quarterback and the Jets after an improved 2015 saw them returning a winning record for the first time since 2010.

Jets suffered a third straight defeat last week losing late on to the Patriots

Fitzpatrick has a QB passer rating of 72.2, the equal worst in the NFL this season, is completing just 57.6 per cent of his passes and has thrown 13 picks, tied for the most in the NFL this season, including five red zone interceptions.

With a 3-8 record the Jets have little chance of making the play-offs and have struggled for consistency all season, but in contrast their visitors' play-off hopes remain alive.

Indianapolis sit third in the wide open AFC South and are just one game behind both Tennessee and Houston so a win will tie all three on 6-6 records heading into the final weeks of the regular season.

Both teams have a couple of key doubts ahead of the game, Colts wide receiver TY Hilton and cornerback Vontae Davis are listed as questionable, while defensive end Muhammad Wilkerson is a concern for the Jets.

However the key injury news is that Andrew Luck returns for the Colts after coming through concussion protocol. He will start behind centre replacing Scott Tolzien.

Indianapolis are looking to bounce back after defeat to Pittsburgh in week 12

Despite the Colts' struggles defensively, Luck continues to impress completing a career-high 62.9 per cent of his passes and throwing 19 touchdowns for the season.

Luck has the game to dominate at MetLife Stadium and with the Colts desperate to keep alive their post season hopes, the Jets face a battle to claim just a second home victory of the season.
