Who is the NFL's best team according to the View From America?

After the first quarter of the NFL season, US sportswriter Alex Ferguson has brought out his rankings for the NFL teams.
Check out this list of the 32 NFL teams ranked in ascending order for their performances in the first four matches.
32. Miami Dolphins (1-3) Joe Philbin has been fired already.
31. Detroit Lions (0-4) Matt Stafford has no offensive line suddenly, and he's not being helped by some awful drops from receivers not named Megatron.
30. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (1-3) We knew they'd struggle. This is no surprise.
29. San Francisco 49ers (1-3) On both sides of the field, you can say this: "The Niners just aren't good".
28. Tennessee Titans (1-2) Marcus Mariota's made the offence better. The defence is awful.
27. Chicago Bears (1-3) The return of Jay Cutler gave some hope to Bears fans, who pulled off the victory against Oakland. But this is a very bad team.
26. Houston Texans (1-3) JJ Watt's a great player, but quarterbacks Brian Hoyer and Ryan Mallett are not.
25. New Orleans Saints (1-3) Drew Brees' return and some improved defensive work against Dallas gave me a bit of hope. Maybe I'm the only one.
24. Cleveland Browns (1-3) The Browns are one of the better 1-3 teams out there, thanks to improved QB play and a solid receiving corps. What's killing them is their ineptitude against the run.
23. Kansas City Chiefs (1-3) The Chiefs don't have an offence right now. The over/under for the Lions clash in London has been set to 12!
22. Philadelphia Eagles (1-3) If the trade for DeMarco Murray has been a clunker, then the Nick Foles-for-Sam Bradford trade was 100 times worse.
21. Indianapolis Colts (2-2). The offence - regardless of Andrew Luck's health - has been dreadful.
20. Jacksonville Jaguars (1-3) London's true team aren't as bad as the record suggests. Promise.
19. Baltimore Ravens (1-3) Actually a pretty unlucky 0-3 team before they played Pittsburgh. Then they had some luck. Terrell Suggs' injury keeps looming large, though.
18. San Diego (2-2) If the offensive line plays well, the Chargers become dangerous. Problem: The offensive line is horribly inconsistent.
17. Pittsburgh Steelers (2-2) The special teams have been so bad that when Josh Scobee was fired I screamed: "Thank you!"
16. Dallas Cowboys (2-2) Without Tony Romo and Dez Bryant, the Cowboys have no real offence to be excited about. Sorry Jerry...
15. Seattle Seahawks (2-2) A hugely disappointing Seattle side which is now 2-0 with the return of one Kam Chancellor. If Marshawn Lynch can get fully healthy, watch them fly up the rankings.
14. Washington Redskins (2-2) Like the Raiders, I'm nicely surprised the Skins are 2-2. So are their fans.
13. New York Giants (2-2) The Giants give up a lot of yards, but are only 11th in points given up. The offence is better than OK. They'll be fine.
12. Oakland Raiders (2-2) The Raiders are suddenly looking like tough opponents. Yep, I said it.
11. Buffalo Bills (2-2) Tyrod Taylor is a sensation. The problem for them is the penalties, which killed their chances of victory - they had two TDs knocked off - on Sunday. Discipline will kill you, Rex.
10. Minnesota Vikings (2-2) Adrian Peterson is back, baby! Oh, and Teddy Bridgewater is your QB for the future, Vikings fans. Now can we get more receiver help for him?
9. St Louis Rams (2-2) The arrival of Todd Gurley makes the running game 100 per cent better. And Nick Foles is a more than serviceable QB. Oh, and that defensive front… Oooh, I get chills.
8. New York Jets (3-1) This team, in footballing terms, would be described as "solid, if unspectacular". Think Arsenal of the early 1990s. This team should make the play-offs.
7. Arizona Cardinals (3-1) The fumbles cost them the Rams loss last week, but this is a very good side now Carson Palmer is looking good (you know, until he gets injured).
6. Denver Broncos (4-0) The defence is so good to watch. Peyton Manning, though, is not.
5. Carolina Panthers (4-0) The Jared Allen signing makes the Panthers' defence even better on days that the offence splutters. Which it will, bearing in mind the talent that is injured at the moment.
4. Cincinnati Bengals (4-0) People are starting to have faith in Andy Dalton, who is one of the NFL's best passers. And the 'Bungles' are unbeaten, so why not?
3. Atlanta Falcons (4-0) Matt Ryan's throwing beautifully, and the Falcons have a speedy RB in Devonta Freeman who can cause damage too. Yikes.
2. Green Bay Packers (4-0) It shouldn't really surprise you that Aaron Rodgers is looking great. And when the offence is struggling a bit - like it did in San Francisco last Sunday - the defence suddenly looks a lot better than I thought.
1. New England Patriots (3-0) Tom Brady and that offence have the Pats looking unbeatable at the moment. Yep, we said it.
