Sky Sports News HQ were given a behind the scenes look at the Game Day Operations Centre - the NFL's officiating command headquarters.

Officials monitor every game from every available angle and they helped to make a big call when Green Bay Packers running back James Starks powered towards the end-zone at the weekend.
