Derrick Henry celebrated his 31st birthday on Saturday by rushing for 138 yards as the Baltimore Ravens beat the Cleveland Browns, becoming the first player to have at least 1,900 rushing yards in two separate seasons. His 16 rushing touchdowns also set a Ravens single-season record, and he now has 106 in his career - tying Jim Brown for sixth place overall.
Lamar Jackson became the first player with at least 4,000 passing yards and 800 rushing yards in the same season, and also became the first to have at least 40 touchdown passes and fewer than five interceptions in the same season. His passer rating of 119.6 is the fourth-highest in NFL history:

Ja'Marr Chase became the sixth player in the Super Bowl era to win the receiving 'triple crown' of receptions (127), receiving yards (1,708) and receiving touchdowns (17). The Pittsburgh Steelers joined the 1986 New York Jets and 1999 Detroit Lions as the only teams to have entered the playoffs on the back of a four-game losing streak.
Bijan Robinson had 170 rushing yards and Drake London 187 receiving yards as the Atlanta Falcons became just the second team in NFL history to lose a game despite having two players with at least 170 yards from scrimmage.
Terry McLaurin caught his 13th touchdown reception of the season to set a new Commanders franchise record, breaking the previous record of 12 which had been set four times, most recently by Ricky Sanders in 1988.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers defeated the New Orleans Saints to win the NFC South for the fourth successive season, the last three of which have been achieved having entered Week 13 below .500. Baker Mayfield won his first career game when trailing by at least 10 points, having lost all 41 previous such games. He became the first Buccaneers quarterback to complete at least 70 per cent of his passes in a season, and his passer rating of 106.8 also set a franchise record.
Mayfield also became just the second quarterback in Bucs history to surpass 40 touchdown passes in a season behind seven-time Super Bowl champion Tom Brady.
Mike Evans extended his NFL record streak of 1,000 yard receiving seasons to start a career to 11, tying Jerry Rice's record for the most successive such seasons at any point in a career.
The Denver Broncos clinched a playoff spot for the first time since winning Super Bowl 50, snapping the longest drought by any team following a Super Bowl victory. Bo Nix started the game against the Kansas City Chiefs by completing his first 18 passes, setting a rookie record to start any game. It was the first shutout loss for the Chiefs since they lost 15-0 to the Raiders in 2012.
The Los Angeles Chargers ended the regular season having allowed just 17.7 points per game, leading the NFL, including fewer than 20 in all nine of their games on the road. In defeat, Brock Bowers of the Las Vegas Raiders set a new rookie record with 112 receptions.
With his first touchdown pass of the Jets' victory over the Miami Dolphins, Aaron Rodgers became the fifth player in NFL history to reach 500 touchdown passes:
The game between the Seattle Seahawks and the Los Angeles Rams became the first in NFL history to feature as many as three successful field goals from at least 55 yards. While on the subject of field goals, Brandon Aubrey of the Cowboys became the first player to kick at least a mile's worth of field foals in a season. His 40 successful kicks this season totalled 1,769 yards.
The Lions wrapped up the NFC North title against the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday night to become the NFC top seed for the first time. Jahmyr Gibbs became the first Lion to score four scrimmage touchdowns in a game since Barry Sanders against the Vikings in 1991.
The Vikings' 14 wins set a record for the most by a team who failed to win their division in NFL history.
