Dallas Cowboys safety Roy Williams has been suspended without pay for one game after his third illegal 'horse collar' tackle of the season. Williams committed the offence against Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Donovan McNabb during the Cowboys' 10-6 defeat last Sunday. The NFL have suspended Williams for next Saturday's game against the Carolina Panthers and fined him $35,000 - one week's wages. Meanwhile, Oakland Raiders running back Justin Fargas is likely to miss the final two games of the season due to a ligament sprain in his right knee.
