3.48 Lingfield - In-form Wyld Bill seeks to complete the hat-trick

A maximum field of 12 go to post in the penultimate race at Lingfield on Tuesday in the Midnite A Next Generation Betting App Handicap over a mile and a quarter and Denis Quinn saddles Wyld Bill in his pursuit of a hat-trick.

Since moving to Quinn's yard, the five-year-old has notched up five wins from 11 races including three wins from his last four runs and will be looking to record a first career hat-trick under Jack Dace who rides for the first time.

Epictetus is an interesting runner for the Osbornes on this step back up in trip, looking for a first win since succeeding in a Group Three at Glorious Goodwood in 2023. He went down by less than a length last time out, off a career low mark and goes off the same mark today.

Mark Loughnane's Arcadian Nights will be looking to take his strike rate at Lingfield to 50% with a win here and is now back down to only a pound above his last winning mark.

Kate O'Riley returns to the flat here having had a fair spin over hurdles on her last three runs which included a third-place finish in a Grade Two at Cheltenham in November and she has previous flat form behind Oaks heroine Minnie Hauk.

Plantadream, Cristo and Good Speed for Gary and Josh Moore are others to note.

7.15 Newcastle - Spartan Fighter bids to continue good form

Nine go to post for the penultimate race at Newcastle on Tuesday in the Midnite: Built For 2026 Not 2006 Handicap over six-furlongs.

The in-form Spartan Fighter will look to continue his good form for Antony Brittain and record a fourth win from his last five starts. You have to go back eight runs for the last time this nine-year-old finished outside of the top three and a win here would take Cam Hardie's mount to sixth in the horse of the year standings.

Northern Attitude has been placed on her last three starts and has her second start for Joey Ramsden today. The four-year-old filly is yet to get her head in front but has hit the post plenty of times.

Veteran Brian The Snail features here for Patrick Morris and the twelve-year-old is having his 98th career start in pursuit of a 15th career win.

Judgment Call, Blackjack and Captain Vallo are other previous course and distance winners seeking further success here.
