As staff at Wimbledon greyhound track prepare for its closure, Sky Sports News HQ investigates if greyhound racing still has a place in British hearts.
AFC Wimbledon will find out in the next 48 hours if they can go ahead with their plans for a new stadium on the site of the greyhound track.
If the Mayor of London approves the construction of the new arena it will mean the end of a long-running sporting institution in the capital, with the final meeting pencilled in for June 18.
