Eagle Top, not seen since finishing fourth to Taghrooda in the King George, could clash with Tryster in the Cantor Fitzgerald Research Brigadier Gerard Stakes at Sandown on Thursday.
John Gosden's Eagle Top was an impressive winner of the King Edward VII Stakes at Royal Ascot but has been absent after his run behind his then stablemate in July.
Gosden may also saddle Gordon Richards winner Western Hymn.
Charlie Appleby's Tryster was a true star of the all-weather season, winning the first race at Chelmsford City before progressing to land the Winter Derby and the Coral Easter Classic.
Sir Michael Stoute has confirmed Arab Spring, who made a winning reappearance in the John Porter at Newbury, and Gospel Choir, who has not been sighted since taking the Yorkshire Cup over a year ago.
Air Pilot ran respectably on his first outing of the season at Chester, while Custom Cut and Tullius are also in the shake-up.
Luca Cumani's Postponed has been entered but he is due to run in the Tattersalls Gold Cup at the Curragh on Sunday.
Ed Dunlop has entered a new addition to his stable, Manndawi, who has not run for two years but finished second to Flintshire in the Grand Prix de Paris.
David Simcock's The Corsican is also among a potential field of 14.
