Danny Tudhope returns to action at Newbury on Saturday after being given the all-clear to resume race riding.
The 29-year-old has been sidelined with a broken thumb since May 29 following a fall aboard Bond Bombshell on the way to the start for a five-furlong maiden at Catterick.
Tudhope will get the leg-up aboard Watchable, trained by his boss, David O'Meara, in the Group Three Al Basti Equiworld Hackwood Stakes at the Berkshire circuit.
The jockey's agent Laura Way said: "Danny will be riding Watchable at Newbury on Saturday and he will also be on Penitent at Haydock (on Saturday evening).
"The specialist and physio have said he is OK to ride again, he just needs to see the doctor at the course on Saturday which is the usual procedure.
"He has been riding out at David's (O'Meara) all week, while he has done plenty of work at Jack Berry House to help him.
"It is good to see him back at last."
