Libranno primed for summer targets

Richard Hannon's Libranno looks ready to reach what's now a customary midsummer peak according to our gallops reporter.
Hannon will saddle a handful of juveniles over the weekend including FIG ROLL, who has good prospects of getting black type in the Empress Stakes, also at Newmarket. She finished an admirable fourth behind Rizeena in the Queen Mary and that is a strong formline to take into Listed company. Moreover, she has taken her Ascot exertions well and appears in very good heart. JIVE also breezed up the strip but having broken her maiden at Lingfield, probably needs to improve to figure in the same race. Several fillies are waiting to be unleashed after recent wins including LIGEIA while LILBOURNE LASS has also been showing up well in her group. Salisbury runner BIOGRAPHY looks progressive, while MUTAWATHEA is an Exceed And Excel colt to have shown promise and should be noted at Newmarket tomorrow.
