In depth

Verdict

Feed The Meter, Isa¿af and Inchnadamph come into this race in good form and preference is for the mare Feed The Meter to lead them home. Inchnadamph took care of Mr Mischief at Haydock last time and that was a good run as the runner-up was fit from a hurdling campaign. He must go well. Isa¿af is another to look at carefully. He won well from Tomasino last time and the runner-up went on to take a Newcastle claimer in good style on Thursday. He will run well but the selection is Feed The Meter. Three times a winner this season and in foal, she ran well over a mile and a half last time, finishing a close third to Gurrun. She can handle this step up in trip and can put her superior pace to good use in the closing stages. Feed The Meter is the selection.
