Verdict
Haar has never won over fences in 17 attempts and connections won't be pleased with a 4lb rise for finishing second at Stratford. Noble Witness is probably better over further on more testing ground so this could be the time for LOCAL PRESENT to strike. He was in winning form late last summer on good going and most of his subsequent moderate efforts have come in much softer conditions. Avenging Ace has dropped to a fair mark and looks a threat but Ballyboker Boy may need more experience with just two runs over regulation fences to his credit.
