Verdict

Fresa could only manage fourth off today's mark last time having scored over track and trip before that. Orotario's Joy is weighted to reverse running with the latter and may well do so. Standpoint and Ocean Applause have slipped down the weights though the former remains resolutely out of form, while the same comment applies to Jordaura. Miami Gator is back on a winning mark but hasn't raced since May, so SILLY BILLY appears the one to beat after an easy win on the Fibresand at Southwell, as Brian Ellison's charge is just as effective on this surface.
