Verdict

Noel Quinlan: "We liked him going to Wetherby, but we made too much use of him that day and he lugged left in the straight and didn't really learn a lot. We decided we'd drop him in today and he's come through and won nicely. He's still a big baby and that ground would be as soft as he'd want it. I might even run him on the all-weather in January, just to give him some more experience, before going back over hurdles on better ground in the spring time."
